What riders say
From people who started with the intro week.
I booked the intro week to try it once. Six months later I'm in four mornings a week and I still look forward to it.

Before your first class
I've never done a ride class. Is it for me?
Yes. You set the resistance on your own bike, so you ride as hard as you want to. Arrive 15 minutes early and a coach will set up your bike with you.
What should I bring?
Something to train in and a water bottle. We lend you cycling shoes and a towel.
How long are the classes?
Ride and box classes are 45 minutes. Barre is 50 minutes.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes, up to eight hours before the class, and the class goes back on your pass.
Is there parking?
Free parking on Sample Lane after 6pm and on weekends. Newstead bus stops are a two-minute walk.
