Harper runs the practice. All three are litigators, with 27 years of court work between them.

Fourteen years in litigation, the first six with a large Brisbane firm. Harper started Sample Litigation in 2018 to give smaller businesses and families the same court preparation that big clients pay for.

Does it have to go to court?

Usually not. Most of our matters settle once the other side sees the case is ready for trial.

What does the written view cost?

The first 20-minute call is free. A written view of your claim after reading the papers is $550, delivered within 48 hours.

Will I get costs back if I win?

Often some, rarely all. We tell you what to expect at the start, in writing.

How fast can you act on something urgent?

Same day for injunctions. Call the office and say it's urgent.

Do you work outside Brisbane?

Yes, in courts anywhere in Queensland.
