Before your first visit
Do I need a referral?
No, not for physiotherapy, exercise physiology or massage. For a Medicare or DVA claim you'll need a referral from your GP.
How long is the first appointment?
45 minutes for physiotherapy, so there's time to talk through what's going on, assess it and start treatment.
Can I claim on my health fund?
Yes. We claim on the spot through HICAPS, so you only pay the gap.
What should I wear?
Something you can move in. Shorts for knee and hip problems, a singlet for shoulders.
Is there parking?
Yes, free parking behind the clinic. Milton station is a five-minute walk.
