How a renovation runs

Four stages, and you know what happens in each one before it starts.

  1. A free site visit

We walk through the house with you, measure up and talk about what you want and what you'd like to spend. It takes about an hour.

  2. Plans and a fixed price

Within ten business days you get drawings, a schedule and a written fixed price. Nothing starts until you're happy with all three.

  3. The build

Your site lead runs the job and calls you every Friday. Our trades clean up at the end of every day.

  4. Handover

We walk through it together, fix anything on the list, and leave you the warranty and the certificates.

Questions people ask before they start

How much does a renovation cost?

It depends on the size, the layout and what you choose. After the site visit you get a written fixed price, so you know the full cost before anything starts.

How long will it take?

Your quote comes with a schedule. Most bathrooms take five to seven weeks on site and most kitchens six to eight.

Can we stay in the house?

Usually, yes. We plan the work so you keep a working bathroom, and we clean up at the end of every day.

Do you handle council approval?

Yes. For extensions and second storeys we organise the drawings, the engineering and the approval, and it's all in the quote.
