Before your first visit
Do I need a referral?
No. You can book directly. If you have a Medicare care plan, TAC or WorkSafe claim, bring the details.
Can I claim from my health fund?
Yes. We claim on the spot with HICAPS, so you only pay the gap.
What should I wear?
Something comfortable that lets us see and move the area we're treating. Shorts for knees and hips.
How long is the first appointment?
45 minutes. We assess, explain what we find, start treatment and give you a plan.
Is there parking?
Yes, free parking behind the building.
