Before your first visit

Do I need a consultation first?

Every new client gets a free 15-minute consultation, either before the appointment or at the start of it.

How long does colour take?

From about an hour for a gloss to three or four hours for balayage. We'll tell you when you book.

Can I move my appointment?

Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours ahead, online or by phone.

Is there parking?

There's two-hour street parking nearby, and buses stop on Oxford Street a minute's walk away.
