How a renovation runs with us

Four steps, and you know the full price before the build starts.

  1. Site visit

    We come out, measure up and talk through what you want. The first visit is free and takes about an hour.

  2. Fixed-price quote

    Within ten business days you get drawings, a schedule and a written fixed price.

  3. Build

    Your site lead runs the trades and the timeline, and calls you every week with what's done and what's next.

  4. Handover

    We walk through every room with you, fix anything on the list, then hand over the keys and the paperwork.

Questions people ask before they start

How much does a kitchen or bathroom renovation cost?

It depends on the size, the layout and what you choose. After the site visit you get a written fixed price, so you know the full cost before anything starts.

How long will it take?

Your quote comes with a schedule. Most bathrooms take five to seven weeks on site and most kitchens six to eight.

Do you arrange building approval?

Yes. For work that needs approval we arrange the private certifier and the paperwork as part of the job.

Can we live at home during the work?

Usually, yes. We plan the job so you keep a working bathroom or kitchen for as long as we can, and tell you before any day the water or power is off.

Do I need my own plans?

No. We can draw up the plans with you (design and build), or build from plans you already have (build only).
